Festive Giveaway terms and conditions

  1. Give as you Live's Festive Giveaway 2024 begins on 23rd September 2024 at 00:00:01 and ends on 15th December 2024 at 23:59:59.
  2. Giveaways are hosted by Give as you Live Ltd, 13 Timothy's Bridge Road, Stratford, Warwickshire, CV37 9NP.
  3. The giveaways are open to charitable and community organisations registered with the Charity Commission and signed up to Give as you Live.
  4. The giveaways and route to entry are as follows:
    1. 1 x £1,500 donation
      1. The route to entry for prize 4.1 is by downloading at least one campaign from the Marketing Toolkit and driving 3 new shoppers before the end date. A 'new shopper' is someone who shops for the first time using Give as you Live Online.
      2. Ends at 23:59:59 on 15th December 2024. Shops recorded after this time will not qualify as an entry.
      3. The winning charity will be chosen at random from all charities who complete both qualifications and will be notified via email within 30 days of giveaway end date.
    2. 1 of 4 x £250 donations
      1. The route to entry for prize 4.2 is by downloading campaigns from the Marketing Toolkit by the end date.
      2. One entry will be awarded for each unique campaign downloaded.
      3. Ends at 23:59:59 on 15th December 2024. Campaigns downloaded after this date will not qualify as an entry.
      4. The winning charities will be chosen at random from all charities who complete the qualification and will be notified via email within 30 days of competition end date.
  5. Prize donations will be paid to the winning charities as donations via Give as you Live Donate by 31st January 2025.
  6. Giveaways are promoted via Give as you Live direct communications with charities and selected partner outlets.
  7. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. Give as you Live reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaways and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the giveaways will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  10. Give as you Live's decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaways will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. By participating in this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  13. The names of the winning charities will be available for up to 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: sarah@giveasyoulive.com
