What marketing assets do you use to promote Give as you Live?
We use your very handy marketing tools at key times of year such as Easter and Christmas. We use your very handy marketing tools at key times of year such as Easter and Christmas. We primarily promote on social media but we have also promoted Give as you Live to all our volunteers and supporters via our e-newsletters on a regular basis.
How have the funds raised through Give as you Live helped your charity?
Every hen we save costs £2.50 to re-home, so the money raised via Give as you Live is providing vital funding to help the BHWT carry on doing its lifesaving work. It also helps fund our education and campaign work to educate consumers as to how they can influence hen welfare, even if they can’t adopt hens themselves.
What does just £5 raised mean to your charity?
£5 would save the lives of two hens otherwise destined for the slaughter lorry at just 18 months old. These hens have so much life to give, which is why try to save as many as we possibly can.

What the charity thinks...
Give as you Live is a great platform for supporters to raise money easily and efficiently. The tools and support provided by Give as you Live themselves make the process incredibly easy, and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them as a proactive fundraising platform.
